Common questions
- How quickly will I get a reply?
- Most support emails get a same-day reply during the week. Allow up to 24 hours on weekends.
- Can I cancel my subscription?
- Yes - cancel anytime from your account. You keep every packet you've already printed.
- What if the weekly packet isn't a fit for my child?
- Email us within your first week and we'll refund the month. We also re-tune the next packet based on what didn't land.
- Can I add another learner?
- Each additional learner is $15/month, added from your account once your subscription is active.
- How do you handle my child's data?
- We store only what's needed to personalize the next week. You can request a full data delete at any time by emailing support.
- My child is way ahead / way behind their grade. Will this still work?
- Yes - the weekly snapshot places each learner on their actual level. The plan adapts week to week so an advanced learner stays challenged and a learner catching up gets supported steps, not busywork.
