Privacy Policy

To run Beyond Grade Learning, we collect:

• Parent account information: name, email address, and billing details processed by Stripe.
• Learner profile: first name, grade level, interests, and (optional) learning style preference.
• Learner work and progress data: answers submitted in weekly packets, confidence ratings, hints used, and items flagged for parent review.

Every piece of data feeds one purpose: personalizing the next week's plan. Grade level and interests shape the initial packet; learner answers and confidence ratings tune the difficulty and topics going forward. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not use children's data to train third-party AI models.

Children's learning data is never sold and never shared with third-party advertisers, data brokers, or marketers. It is used only to deliver the service to your family.

• Stripe — payment processing. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
• Supabase — secure database and authentication hosting for account and learner data.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.

You can request deletion of your account and all associated learner data at any time by emailing jared@beyondgradelearning.com. We will confirm and complete the deletion within a reasonable timeframe, typically within a few business days.

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and, when appropriate, notify account holders by email.
