- When does my first packet generate?
- As soon as you complete a learner profile and the snapshot, your first packet is ready to generate from your dashboard. Most families have it in under 5 minutes.
- How do I cancel?
- Open your dashboard, click Manage billing, then choose Cancel subscription. You keep access through the end of your current billing period (month or year) and every packet you've already printed. No phone calls, no email back-and-forth.
- What happens if I cancel a yearly plan early?
- Your plan stays active until the end of the year you paid for. Yearly plans are non-refundable after the first-week refund window, but you keep full access until renewal.
- Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
- Yes - change plans anytime from Manage billing. Switching to yearly applies a prorated credit for what you've already paid this month.
- What if I have more than one learner?
- Each additional learner is $15/month or $150/year (2 months free). Add them from your dashboard at any time.
- Is there a free trial?
- Try Beyond Grade Learning for two weeks. If it's not right for your child, email us for a full refund — no questions asked.
- Do you store student data?
- We store only what's needed to personalize the next week. Parents control and can delete anytime.
