Terms of Service

Beyond Grade Learning ("Core + Explore") provides personalized weekly learning packets for K–12 students. Each week, we generate math, reading, and writing work tailored to the learner's grade, interests, and recent progress. Packets can be completed digitally or printed.

A parent or guardian creates the account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

• Monthly plan: $20/month per primary learner.
• Yearly plan: $200/year per primary learner.
• Additional learners: $15/month or $150/year each, added from your account.
• Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access through the paid period.
• Yearly plans: Yearly subscriptions are not auto-prorated or refunded on cancellation. If you need an exception, email us — we read every message.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms in addition to ours.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with families outside your household.
• Resell, redistribute, or republish packets or other materials.
• Use the service to harass others, attempt to breach security, or interfere with the service.
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Beyond Grade Learning is an educational supplement. It is not a substitute for formal schooling, special-education services, tutoring, medical or psychological assessment, or any required curriculum. We make no guarantee of specific academic outcomes, test scores, or grade-level placement.

The platform, packet templates, and original content are owned by Beyond Grade Learning. You may use generated packets for personal, household educational use. You retain ownership of work your learner submits.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beyond Grade Learning is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or educational outcomes arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify account holders by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
